Our Services

• Free consultation to advise you on rental amounts you can expect as well as advice on preparing your property to attract the best possible tenant.
• After signing a management agreement, we assume all the work of getting your property rented.  We advertise, show the property, check references, collect security deposits (held in our Trust account), and take care of move-in inspections.
• During the tenancy we collect rents and arrange repairs and maintenance as required.
• Each month you will receive a detailed statement and your rental balance will be directly deposited into your bank account.

Our Rates

Our base monthly management fee is $140 for a single property with one rented unit.  There is an additional charge for properties with more than one unit.  For apartment buildings greater than six units we charge a negotiated percentage of rent.
